Differentiate this from well.
I am well. = Ja sam dobro.
This is an adverb, so everybody says ‘dobro’ regardless of the gender.

Just like in English, adjectives good and bad are irregular.
Also, note that superlatives are always the same as comparatives, just with the prefix -naj.
Also, note that the neuter gender of adjectives usually end in -o, but the neuter gender for comparatives and superlatives end in -e.
