What I collect
When you sign up: your first name, last name and email address.
In “Your details”: your country, your WhatsApp phone number, whether you would like a study partner, and whether you signed up on Cirilio. These are optional to the site’s function, but I ask you to fill them in so I can support you.
While you study: which tasks you marked as in progress, done or skipped, the last day you viewed, and the payment boxes you tick for your own tracking. Ticking a payment box does not confirm a payment. I keep my own payment records.
Why
To run your course, contact you (including on WhatsApp), keep your progress, and match you with a study partner. I do not use your data for anything else.
Who sees it
Only me. I do not share your details with other students, including your study partner.
Who handles it for me
This site is hosted by WordPress.com. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal on PayPal’s own pages.
How long
I keep your account until you ask me to delete it, or for 12 months after your course ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing borivoje99@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
