Note that the words I wrote are in feminine form: “red color – crvena boja”, because the word “color” (boja) is feminine.
Adjectives have three genders and they have to match the noun they describe:
a red phone – crveni telefon (masculine)
a red book – crvena knjiga (feminine)
the red sea – Crveno more (neuter)

Masculine forms end in -i (red – crveni)
Feminine forms end in -a (green – zelena)
Neuter forms end in -o (yellow – žuto)

Masculine forms:
red – crveni
blue – plavi
green – zeleni
yellow – žuti
orange – narandžasti
purple – ljubačasti
black – crni
white – beli

Neuter forms:
red – crveno
blue – plavo
green – zeleno
yellow – žuto
orange – narandžasto
purple – ljubičasto
